RETURNS

You always have 14 days to return UNDERWÄÄR goods ordered in our shop. No specific reason is  needed. Just remember that returned product needs to be new and can't have any signs of use. Inform us before you bounce the package by filling in this contact form, make sure that parcel is safaly wrapped, and send it back to:

Please remember to enclose the receit and write down the number of your bank account. 

Delivery costs are not refunded. We do not pick up COD parcels.


COMPLAINTS

If something went wrong with our product please contact us. The procedure is similar as for returns and it is described above. 

Write as many details as you can about the reason of your dissatisfaction and then give us 14 days to make you happy again.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept complaints caused by: incorrect using, mechanical damage or wrong caring methods.
